Protecting Our Children Shouldn't Have a Price Tag
As part of Xavier Lampkin's 2028 presidential campaign, X.W.D. will be perfected and deployed to every school in the United States — completely free. No cost to schools. No cost to districts. Funded by the federal government.
Phase 1: Schools
Our primary focus
Every K-12 school in America — public, charter, and private — will receive X.W.D. at no cost. Real-time AI weapon detection using existing security cameras, with instant alerts to administration and law enforcement. Over 130,000 schools protected.
Phase 2: Businesses & Public Spaces
Future rollout
Once the system is perfected and deployed across schools nationwide, X.W.D. will expand to protect businesses, shopping malls, houses of worship, and other public spaces over time.

I'm Running for President to Make This Free
I built X.W.D. because I'm tired of watching the news after another school shooting and hearing politicians give speeches instead of solutions. I'm not a politician. I'm a software developer. So I built one.
X.W.D. uses AI to detect weapons through existing security cameras and alert school administrators within seconds — not minutes. The technology works. It's real. And it's ready.
But deploying it to every school in America takes more than code. It takes the power of the federal government. That's why I'm running for president.
If elected, I will deploy X.W.D. to every K-12 school in the United States — completely free. Schools won't pay a dime. Not for the software. Not for setup. Not for maintenance. We protect our airports, our courthouses, our government buildings. It's time we protect our children with the same technology.
How We Make It Free
Through the Federal Digital Systems Administration (FDSA), we redirect wasteful government IT spending into protecting our children.
Federally Funded
The FDSA will save $35-40 billion per year by replacing wasteful government IT contracts. A portion of those savings funds X.W.D. deployment nationwide.
Works With Existing Cameras
No new hardware required. X.W.D. connects to the security cameras schools already have. Setup takes minutes, not months. No IT team needed.
Every School. No Exceptions.
Public, charter, private — every K-12 school in America gets access. Rich district or poor district. Urban or rural. Every child deserves the same protection.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this free? What's the catch?
There is no catch. The federal government currently spends $70-80 billion per year on IT contractors — much of it wasted on failing projects. The FDSA will bring that work in-house, saving $35-40 billion annually. A fraction of those savings funds X.W.D. for every school in the country.
Do schools need special hardware?
No. X.W.D. works with existing security cameras. Any IP camera, DVR, or NVR that supports RTMP or RTSP streaming is compatible. Most schools already have the cameras they need.
What types of weapons does X.W.D. detect?
Our dual-model AI detects handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns, and long guns with up to 96% accuracy. The system is continuously improving through ongoing training and refinement.
When will this be available?
The technology is built and working today. Nationwide deployment at no cost to schools requires federal funding through the FDSA — a core part of Xavier Lampkin's 2028 presidential platform. The system will be perfected and rolled out to schools first, then expanded to businesses and public spaces over time.
Does this infringe on Second Amendment rights?
No. X.W.D. detects weapons — it does not track identities or gun ownership. It's the same principle as metal detectors at courthouses and airports. This is about protecting children, not restricting rights.
What about private schools and charter schools?
Every K-12 school qualifies — public, charter, and private. Every child in America deserves the same level of protection regardless of what type of school they attend.
